White-Label Branding
This section explains how to customize your branding settings, including your brand name, custom domains, email configuration, and subdomain. These settings allow you to personalize your platform and present a consistent brand identity to your users.

Customizing Your Branding
Brand Information
- Brand Name: Enter the name you want to use for your brand. This name will appear in the dashboard, emails, and other platform communications.
Domain Configuration
- Custom Domains: You can add custom domains to access your platform. This allows you to use your own branded domain instead of the default platform domain.
- Adding a Custom Domain: Click "Add Custom Domain," enter your domain name, and follow the instructions to configure your DNS settings.
- Viewing Domain Information: Click the information icon (ℹ️) next to a custom domain to view its CNAME record and setup instructions.
- Removing a Custom Domain: Click the close icon (❌) next to a custom domain to remove it from your platform.
- Primary Domain: Your primary domain is the default domain used to access your platform. It cannot be removed.
Email Configuration
- Default Email Domain: This is the default domain used for sending platform emails.
- Custom Email Domains: You can add custom email domains to send emails from your own branded domain.
- Adding a Custom Email Domain: Click "Add Email Domain," enter your domain name, and follow the instructions to configure your DNS settings for DKIM.
- Viewing Email Domain Information: Click the information icon (ℹ️) next to a custom email domain to view its DKIM records and setup instructions.
- Removing a Custom Email Domain: Click the close icon (❌) next to a custom email domain to remove it.
Subdomain Configuration
- Subdomain: You can customize the subdomain used for accessing your platform. Enter your desired subdomain and click "Save Changes." Note that changing your subdomain will log out all users.
