The Statistics section provides a detailed overview of your AI agent's performance, including call volume, duration, and minute usage. Use this information to monitor agent activity, identify trends, and optimize your call handling strategy.

Key Features

  • Total Calls: See the total number of calls handled by this agent.
  • Total Duration: Track the total duration of calls handled by this agent.
  • Minutes Usage: Monitor the agent's usage against their allocated minutes.
  • Recent Activity: Review a list of recent calls handled by the agent.

Understanding the Statistics Section

Overview Cards

The overview cards provide a quick snapshot of key metrics:

  • Total Calls: The total number of calls processed by this specific agent. This metric helps you understand the agent's workload and overall call volume.
  • Total Duration: The total accumulated duration of all calls handled by this agent. This metric provides insights into the agent's efficiency and average call handling time.
  • Minutes Usage: This card displays the agent's used minutes against their allocated monthly minutes. A progress bar visually represents the usage percentage. If the agent is in trial mode, the card will display trial minutes and an option to upgrade to a full subscription.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section shows a list of the agent's most recent calls:

  • Call Type Icon: An icon indicating whether the call originated from the web widget (🌐) or a phone (📞).
  • Caller Information: For web calls, "Web Call (via widget)" is displayed. For phone calls, the caller's phone number is shown.
  • Call Duration: The length of the call in minutes.
  • Time Since Call: How long ago the call took place (e.g., "Just now," "5 minutes ago," "2 hours ago").

View All Calls: Click this link to view the complete call history for this agent in the Call Logs section. This allows for more detailed analysis and filtering options.
