The Configuration section allows you to customize your AI agent's settings, including its name, activation status, language, voice, greeting message, and personality. These settings determine how your agent interacts with callers and represents your brand.

Understanding the Configuration Section

Basic Settings

  • Business Name: Enter a descriptive name for your agent (e.g., "Sales Agent," "Support Assistant"). This name helps you identify and manage your agents.
  • Status: Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate the agent. An active agent will handle calls, while a deactivated agent will not.

Voice & Language

  • Language: Choose the language your agent will speak. See the supported languages for a complete list.

  • Voice: Select a voice that best suits your brand and target audience. The available voices are:

    • Coral
    • Verse
    • Ballad
    • Sage
    • Ash

Behavior

  • Greeting: Craft a welcoming and informative greeting message. This is the first thing callers will hear, so make it concise and professional.
  • Personality: Choose a personality preset that aligns with your brand's communication style. The available personalities are:
    • Professional: Efficient and direct communication.
    • Warm: Empathetic and caring approach.
    • Bubbly: Cheerful and helpful tone.
    • Calm: Patient and steady demeanor.
    • Confident: Authoritative and expert style.
