Managing Agent Billing

This section explains how to manage the billing settings for your individual AI agents. You can adjust the agent's monthly minute allowance, view current usage, and manage the agent's subscription status.

Managing Your Agent's Billing

Minutes Management

You can adjust your agent's monthly minute allowance using the following options:

  • Minutes Slider: Use the slider to quickly select a minute allowance within the defined range. The slider displays the number of minutes and the corresponding monthly cost.
  • Quick Select Plans: Choose from predefined packages (Basic, Standard, Plus) for a simplified selection process. Each package represents a multiple of the minimum required minutes.
  • Custom Amount: Enter a specific number of minutes in the "Custom Amount" input field. This option provides greater flexibility for tailoring the minute allowance to your agent's needs.

Note: If your account is scheduled for cancellation, you won't be able to change the agent's minutes. Changes to minutes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Subscription Status

This section displays the agent's current subscription status:

  • Trial Mode: If the agent is in trial mode, you'll see a message indicating the remaining trial minutes and an option to upgrade to a full subscription.
  • Active: Indicates an active, paid subscription. The next billing date is displayed.
  • Ending Soon: If the subscription is scheduled for cancellation, you'll see a message indicating the cancellation date.

Actions:

  • Cancel Subscription: Click the "Cancel subscription" button to schedule the cancellation of the agent's subscription at the end of the current billing period. A modal will appear requiring you to provide a reason for cancellation.
  • Reactivate Subscription: If the agent's subscription is cancelled, click the "Reactivate subscription" button to reinstate the subscription.

By effectively managing your agent's billing settings, you can control costs and ensure your AI call center operates within your budget.
