This page provides a comprehensive guide to managing your billing, subscriptions, and payment methods for your AI call center. You'll find details about your hosting subscription, individual AI agent subscriptions, phone number subscriptions, and how to manage your payments through Stripe.

Understanding the Billing Page

Hosting Subscription (White-Label Customers)

If you are a white-label customer, this section displays your core hosting subscription, which covers platform infrastructure and support costs.

  • Hosting Fee: The monthly cost of your hosting plan.
  • Status: Indicates whether your hosting is Active, Trialing, Past Due, Cancelled, or Unpaid.
  • Next Billing Date: The date of your next scheduled payment.

Actions:

  • Reactivate Hosting: If your hosting is cancelled or past due, click this button to reactivate it. This will also reactivate any previously cancelled associated services (AI agents and phone numbers).
  • Cancel Hosting: Clicking this will schedule the cancellation of your hosting and all associated services (AI agents and phone numbers) at the end of the current billing period. Warning: This action is irreversible and will terminate your account access. A modal will appear requiring you to provide a reason for cancellation before confirming.

AI Agent Subscriptions

This section lists all AI agents under your account and their associated subscriptions:

  • Agent Name: The name you assigned to the AI agent.
  • Active Since: The date the agent was created.
  • Monthly Cost: The current monthly cost of the agent's subscription, including any call forwarding or additional minutes. This cost is displayed dynamically and will update if you make changes to the agent's plan.
  • Status: Similar to the hosting status, this indicates the agent subscription's current state (Active, Trialing, Cancelled, etc.).
  • Ending On: If the subscription is scheduled for cancellation, this date indicates when the agent will be deactivated.

Actions:

  • Reactivate Agent: If an agent's subscription is cancelled, click this to reactivate it.
  • Cancel Agent: Schedule the cancellation of the agent's subscription at the end of the current billing period. This will detach any associated phone numbers. A modal will appear requiring you to provide a reason for cancellation before confirming.
  • Manage Payment Method (Stripe Portal): Click the credit card icon to access the Stripe portal to manage your payment methods for this agent.

Phone Number Subscriptions

This section lists all phone numbers associated with your account:

  • Phone Number: The phone number, including the country code.
  • Assigned To: The name of the agent this number is currently assigned to, or "Unassigned".
  • Monthly Cost: The monthly cost of the phone number subscription. This cost is displayed dynamically and will update if you change the number's plan.
  • Status: The current status of the phone number subscription (Active, Trialing, Cancelled, etc.).
  • Cancels On: If the subscription is scheduled for cancellation, this date indicates when the number will be deactivated.

Stripe Billing Portal

The Stripe billing portal provides a secure interface to manage your payment methods, view your billing history, and download invoices.

You can access the Stripe portal by clicking any of the "Manage Payment Method" buttons associated with your agents or phone numbers, or by visiting the direct link provided in your account settings. Within the Stripe portal, you can:

  • Update Payment Information: Change your credit card details or add new payment methods.
  • Billing History: View your complete billing history, including past invoices, payments, and upcoming charges.
  • Download Invoices: Download PDF copies of your invoices for accounting or record-keeping purposes.
